Can I make changes to my order?Updated a day ago

Once an order is placed we do our best to have it processed and shipped out as soon as possible. We are not able to make changes to an order once it has been placed. However, we may be able to cancel your order for up to 30 minutes after the order is placed during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM EST), if it has not yet been processed by our distribution center. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] or request a cancellation through the chat as soon as possible.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, even if contacted within the 30 minute window.
