Once an order is placed we do our best to have it processed and shipped out as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel orders for up to one hour after the order is placed during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM EST), if it has not yet been processed by our distribution center. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, even if contacted within the one hour window.
