What is an Instant Refund Voucher?Updated a year ago

When you initiate a return on our website, you will receive an Instant Refund Voucher to use as store credit on our website if you're interested in buying something else and you don't want to wait for your refund. Using your Instant Refund Voucher is entirely optional. If you choose not to use it, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment once we receive your return. Please note your original order has to be returned within 14 calendar days of initiating the return.

Once our warehouse receives an item back, it can take up to 3 business days to process and review. After that, we will be able to process the refund immediately. Refunds usually take up to 10 business days to show in your account, but times vary by bank. You will receive a notification email when your refund is issued.
